About me

I studied for three years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and qualified with a Distinction. I now work as part of top London nutrition consultancy, The Nutrition Coach (www.thenutritioncoach.co.uk), with busy London nutrition clinics in Greenwich, Blackheath and central London.

I provide clients with easy to follow, personalised nutrition plans, which are designed to address problems such as IBS, bloating, weight gain, food intolerances, stress, low energy, and PMS, and to improve health for the long-term. I’m passionate about good food and aim to pass on my love of cooking and creating healthy and tasty meals to my clients.

As well as seeing clients on a one-to-one basis at my London nutrition clinics, I work with The Nutrition Coach on corporate nutrition and food consultancy projects. I’m also a nutrition and health writer and have written many informative and lively articles. Click here for more information.

Prior to qualifying as a nutritional therapist, I spent over nine years in the public relations industry. During a long period of poor health, I turned to nutritional therapy to see if it could help. I was amazed by my body’s response and soon realised how powerful nutritional therapy can be in restoring and maintaining good health. This triggered my career move to nutrition, and I haven’t looked back since.

I regularly attend lectures to ensure my knowledge is kept up-to-date and to meet Continuing Professional Development requirements. As a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), I am bound by the strict BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Skin problems

I went to see Kim after suffering from acne for ten years. I had tried many different things - herbs, homeopathy, and the pill. Kim recommended a shift in my dietary habits and some supplements.
